1. Who operates this website?

ksdunajec.pl is operated by Klub Sportowy “Dunajec” in Nowy Sącz, based at 158B Bolesława Prusa Street, Nowy Sącz, Poland. For questions about this website and cookies, contact the club by post at this address or by phone: 531 683 133.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files stored in the browser of the device you use to visit a website. They may remember settings, maintain a session or support content from other services. Browser local storage and other technologies that store or access information can perform similar functions. This policy also covers those technologies.

3. Purposes and categories

Essential: these enable functions explicitly requested by the user, such as maintaining a login session or remembering a consent choice. They do not require consent where the legal conditions for necessity are met.

Optional: these may relate to embedded social content, additional preferences, statistics or marketing. They require prior consent unless a legal exception applies. The categories offered reflect the website’s current features and are shown in the consent panel and the inventory below. Describing a category does not mean that every such tool is used on this website.

4. External services

Facebook: the news section uses Facebook Feed. Depending on its configuration, it may display materials stored on the club’s server or connect your browser to Meta services. Optional provider technologies requiring consent should remain blocked until consent is given. Refusing consent may limit embedded content but should not prevent access to the rest of the website.

Fonts: if fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts, your browser connects to Google’s servers and transmits technical connection data, including your IP address. Downloading fonts does not itself mean that cookies are stored. Hosting fonts locally avoids this external connection.

Links to other websites: registration buttons link to Google Forms. The website also links to Facebook, SportBM, the club shop and Łączy Nas Piłka, among others. Once you visit those websites, their operators’ rules apply. Your choice on ksdunajec.pl does not replace cookie settings on other websites.

Provider information: Meta — cookies, Google — privacy policy. Providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area under the terms described in their privacy information.

5. Cookie inventory and retention

Session cookies are generally deleted when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their specified expiry or earlier deletion. The inventory below lists the names, providers, purposes and retention periods of recognised technologies. It should be updated when website services change.

6. Choosing and withdrawing consent

In the cookie panel, you can accept optional categories, reject them or save your own selection. Optional categories should not be preselected. Scrolling or continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

You can reopen your consent settings and change your choice at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Nor does it automatically erase data already received by an external provider; the relevant data protection rights and procedures apply.

You can also delete cookies and change privacy settings in your browser. Deleting your saved choice may cause the consent panel to appear again. Blocking essential technologies may limit certain functions.

7. Legal basis and your rights

Storing information on a device or accessing information already stored is governed in particular by Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. It provides for information and consent requirements, with exceptions for transmitting communications and services explicitly requested by the user.

Where these technologies involve processing personal data, the GDPR also applies. Optional processing based on consent relies on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Depending on the processing and the applicable legal conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when website features, providers or legislation change. A material change in optional processing may require renewed consent. The current version is available on this page.
