In our club model, coach development is part of the development of the whole academy. Coaches should continuously improve their skills and knowledge, while their work and its outcomes are reviewed by their supervisors.
The model identifies continuous professional development as a responsibility of every KS Dunajec coach.
Training sessions follow the club’s coaching framework, allowing successive age groups to work towards shared goals.
The club’s structure provides for responsibility at each level, evaluation of results and active participation by coaches in discussions about the club’s development.
Dunajec Sports Club regularly hosts sessions with leading coaches from Poland to support our coaching staff’s development. These events are open to all coaches, including those from outside our academy. Previous speakers include Marcin Włodarski (former Poland youth national team head coach), Dariusz Marzec (UEFA Pro coach), Janusz Niedźwiedź (UEFA Pro coach), Bartłomiej Zalewski (Legia Warsaw Academy Director and former PZPN project coordinator), Leszek Ojrzyński (UEFA Pro coach), Mateusz Oszust (Poland national team physical preparation coach) and Paweł Rozpondek (UEFA Elite Youth A — Pogoń Szczecin U19).
